We understand that no matter what the size and scale of the project at hand is, the client is ultimately the person who has to be satisfied with the end product.

Oban Joinery Services Ltd offers a unique service where the client will deal directly with the person who is carrying out the work on their job in the first instance. We feel that in the modern day construction business a significant amount of time can be saved on site if the client’s requirements are discussed fully from the outset. With the proper communication between the client and OJS we can help ensure that the project is completed within the allocated time and budget. As is often the case, the client will have a picture of what they would like to achieve and it is the aim of OJS to ensure that picture is achieved with the minimum of fuss. As OJS is a company “with a positive and forward thinking attitude” we can work with the client to make any amendments to the project that may be required throughout.

At OJS we believe that by approaching each project with the client’s requirements in mind then we can achieve the required results in the appropriate time by utilizing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

It is our aim to make OJS the first company in the area to offer a completely bespoke package. Over the next few years we will work hard to establish a manufacturing facility to include the production of both timber frame and timber engineering products. These will include traditional trussed rafters and OJS Easi-roof system using open web joist cassettes and advanced insulation products.

We have a vision that will look to make Argyll an innovative market area in the construction sector. Due to the adverse weather that we experience year on year it is in our opinion that the homes we construct must be able to withstand harsh conditions and yet still deliver value for money in insulation properties and u-values. To do this we will adopt a fabric first approach to ensure that all properties are constructed using the best possible materials and to the tightest of controls.

By doing this we will ensure that OJS Ltd is the company that people will look to for quality products at competitive prices.
